Laurent possesses a unique blend of practical coaching experience and theoretical knowledge acquired through his journey in different corporate sectors (public, private), in Europe and the US, as well as his executive coaching certification earned at a world class leading business school.  

 

Through his roles, he contributed to shaping company culture and also conducted change management within his teams for sustainable long term impact, with a key focus on developing his team members. Over the years, his appetite for the development of self and of his teams naturally lead him to starting his own coaching practice.
