The GEM Coaching Network was founded in 2005 by Eric Horwitz. His approach to individual and corporate coaching focuses on skill development, communication and planning to achieve personal and professional goals. This same approach was introduced to The Treasure Chest in 2020 - an in-person and virtual community for professionals seeking accountability, growth and networking opportunities.

2005

THE GEM COACHING NETWORK IS FOUNDED

In 2005, Coach Eric Horwitz founds The GEM Coaching Network and transitions to full-time coaching from working as a Human Resources Consultant and executive at PwC.

2008

ERIC BEGINS COACHING WITH COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY'S COACHING NETWORK

His alma mater, Coach Eric Horwitz begins sharing his coaching knowledge.
