A Bit About Me
Douglas F. Williamson is an esteemed expert in individual and team coaching, partner relationship management, strategic planning, project management, natural resources management, and international relations. For the past decade, his focus has been on invigorating collaboration systems across various levels, from individuals to large-scale partnerships. He is recognized as a powerful coach, and captivating workshop, course, and dialogue facilitator.

Mr. Williamson is a GEM-certified coach and holds master’s degrees in international relations from American University’s School of International Service and in Natural Resources and Sustainable Development from the UN-mandated University for Peace in Costa Rica. He is also Fluent in English, French, German, and Spanish, possesses highly developed cross-cultural skills, has won numerous awards for short films, and is the co-author of the 2021 Routledge Book, "Leading Transformative Change Collectively: A Practitioner Guide to Realizing the SDGs.
