Since 2005, GEM has been all about helping people unlock their potential and reach their goals. From individuals looking to advance their careers to organizations wanting to build stronger teams, we’ve been there every step of the way. And it’s all thanks to the vision and dedication of Coach Eric Horwitz.
Meet Coach Eric Horwitz
Eric is not just our founder; he’s the heart and soul of GEM. With over 25 years in the coaching game, including leadership roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte, he knows a thing or two about what it takes to succeed.
What Makes Eric Special:
Career Development Wizard: Eric has a knack for helping people figure out their strengths and how to use them effectively. He’s all about making meaningful changes that lead to real success.
Community Builder: Since starting GEM's community, The Treasure Chest, in 2020, Eric has been a mentor to many aspiring professionals, sharing wisdom and guidance, and creating a network for individuals to connect with one another. Eric has also grown a community amongst our team of 15+ coaches and experts who are ready to support our clients through individual work and in group settings.
Innovative Programs: Under Eric's leadership, we’ve rolled out some fantastic coaching programs—from the Professional Toolbox (a professional development course for young adults) to the Renaissance Academy (GEM's coaching school), we have something for everyone.
